Cancellation and Refund Policy for Royalway Nutrition & Fitness

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in our gym memberships, personal training packages, or online coaching programs.
1. Gym Memberships (In-Person Training)
- No Refunds: All gym memberships, admission fees, and personal training packages purchased at our physical fitness center in Muttom, Kalamassery, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Freeze Policy: If you are unable to attend the gym due to medical reasons or emergencies, you can request to pause (freeze) your membership for a specific period. This request must be submitted with valid proof (such as a medical certificate) and is subject to approval by the management.
2. Online Coaching & Nutrition Plans
- Digital Products: Since our online diet charts, workout routines, and digital transformation guides are delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the plan has been shared or customized for you.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription for the upcoming month at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before your next renewal date.
3. Duplicate Payments
- In case of any technical error resulting in duplicate transactions or overcharging during the online payment process, the extra amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
